    Meet Olivia, Nurse Practitioner and proud owner of CubCare365!

    With a solid foundation in healthcare, Olivia trained at Toronto Metropolitan University and spent 8 years providing exceptional care in the NICU at SickKids Hospital. Passionate about pediatric health, Olivia is now focused on offering personalized care through CubCare365.

    When not caring for little ones, you can find Olivia enjoying a slice of pizza, sipping on coffee, or spending time with her adorable pet bunny.

  • Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Kang

    Jennifer Kang

    Meet Jenn, Paediatric Nurse Practitioner at CubCare365! Jenn has been a part of the CubCare team almost since the beginning and continues to strive to bring timely health care to our families.

    Jenn received her NP degree from the Paediatric stream at U of T. Her clinical experiences come from the OR, PICU, and now, General Surgery at Sick Kids Hospital. Jenn is passionate about keeping kids out of the ED and providing exceptional and personalized primary care.

    Outside of work, Jenn is often driving her teenaged son to basketball games! She enjoys jogging, coffee, and watching movies with her family.

  • Nurse Practitioner Katelyn Portelli

    Kate Portelli

    Meet Kate, a nurse for almost 10 years, focusing on neonatal intensive care and paediatric emergency medicine.

    Kate completed her nurse practitioner training in paediatric primary care at the University of Toronto and currently holds two positions, one at Sunnybrook Health Sciences in their neonatal intensive care and here at Cub Care!

    Kate also has a background in developmental psychology. This dual background has allowed her to approach her practice with a holistic methodology, taking into account the developmental, physical and mental health needs of all her patients. 

    Outside of work, Kate loves spending time with her husband and daughter, travel to far off places, cook, and spinning
